Refund policy

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact mikeromano1993@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will provide a free replacement or refund. Cancellations or changes must be requested within 12 hours of ordering; after that, production may have started and changes may not be possible.
